Safety

We believe safety is a team effort and we like to make it fun, which is why we reward safety with bonuses, #SafelyCompete company swag, and overall promotion of safety culture.

Safety is one of the pillars of how we do business. We strive to not only achieve industry standards, but exceed them, because our crew members are more than just a number to us.

Our employees receive continuous refreshers each year on safety trainings, and have the opportunity to renew their training certifications as they are due.

Providence pays for the safety and leadership trainings of all of our employees, as well as all Personal Protective Equipment, including hard hats, vests, gloves, and glasses.
