President
Nick has worked on the General Contracting/Construction Management side of commercial construction for the past 17 years. His portfolio includes managing projects up to $70,000,000.
Nick considers himself privileged to have had the opportunity to oversee construction of historic renovations, office buildings, schools, hospital facilities, parking decks, and high rise buildings.
One thing that sets Nick apart is having the knowledge of how to build the entire project, rather than just site work and utilities.

Mark is passionate and experienced in Construction Mentality (culture). His background includes large development projects ranging from industrial, landfill, golf course and commercial. He is also a career learner – never arriving, always growing and learning, fostering a culture of development on our team.

Tony Carmillo
Preconstruction Manager
Tony brings a strong tenure of expert project estimation to the team. He also has 18 years experienced with GPS modeling and layout, helping Providence Construction maintain an innovative edge.
His experience includes successfully bid site work projects in excess of $20,000,000 and successfully bid and managed stream restoration projects in excess of $2,000,000. Additionally, Tony successfully took off a site package with over 1,000,000 cubic yards of mass and trench rock.

Chris Cavalier
Financial Manager
Chris brings a strong financial background to the Providence Construction team, in addition to deep roots in Johnston County.
He has worked closely with owners and executive staff developing corporate strategies and evaluating company performance. He is especially successful in resolving complex financial issues, driving bottom-line results and improving processes by mitigating discrepancies, enhancing cash flow, optimizing costs, and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
